What if one building was able to perform a number of functions according to the users’ needs? How could a building be flexible from the construction phase to when it is used? How can a flexible building promote change? How can this be implemented within the Australian parliament?

- Needs (use, age, etc.)

How could flexible architecture be used to assist in the sectors of the government?
- What if there were riots like the recent London riots within Brisbane – how could the architecture adapt to the needs of these rebels. The building could transform and completely shut off from the street providing a safe haven for the occupants.
